This past holiday set sail with the Chronicles of Narnia The Voyage of the Dawn treader, now playing in 3-D. In the 3rd film of the series, based on C.S. Lewis's books, the pevensive kids return to help Caspian-now a king-find the seven lost lords. "It's great being a king," says BEN BARNES, who plays the role of Caspian. "Your in charge, and not always running away!" 

Favorite Book

Hi there! Just wanted to share with you my favorite book of the Narnia Series! It's actually the Magicians Nephew! It's the 2nd to last book of the series but some books say that it's the first! Not true! It's better if it's last so then you wonder how Narnia was made! It's really detailed and it's really cool! So if you wanted to know, that's it! It's sad because- well I'm not going to tell you! Your just going to have to read it to find out. So there it is, my favorite book! Thanks!

Favorite person in the movie and what I think about it.

Hello Narnia Lovers! I just wanted to say that the role of Eustace was a really well played role! He is played by Will Poulter. I pictured him to look different but he's really well played. He is exactly the way he should be played. If you haven't seen the movie, I STRONGLY recommend seeing it. At the end, if you like action you'll really like it. But just letting you know, in 3-D, it's not that 3-D, I don't think that it would be that different in 2-D or 3-D. This is what I think about the movie.

What We Think of "Voyage of the Dawn Treader"

We just got back from seeing the latest Narnia movie, "Voyage of the Dawn Treader" in 3D. All of us agree that the movie was amazing and we give it 4-5 stars. The Dawn Treader ship was very well crafted and it was very "Narnian". The rest of the set was also outstanding and we thought it was perfect for the movie. Not only was the set perfect but so were the actors. Susan, Peter, Edmund, and Lucy  have been great since the beginning but Eustace made his first appearance in this movie. Eustace was supposed to b practical, mean, and just a big pain in the neck. That was EXACTLY how the role was played. In fact, my favorite character was Eustace because the role was played so well.

The movie included the majority of what was in the book and they even added some things. Overall, it was a great movie and we strongly recommend seeing it.

          Hey this is our first blog and it will be all about Narnia, it's stories, and our own Further Chronicles of Narnia. We are 5 sisters at heart who absolutely LOVE the Narnia series. We can tell you everything you want/need to know about C.S. Lewis's "Chronicles of Narnia".
         In case you're wondering what "Crumpleyland Alumni" is, it's a little thing that our 5th grade teacher made up. His name is Mr. Crumpley and he called his classroom "CRUMPLEYLAND". If you belonged in "CRUMPLEYLAND" you were a "CRUMPLEYLANDER". After you graduated from "CRUMPLEYLAND" you turned into a "CRUMPLEYLAND ALUMNI". Since we've all graduated from "CRUMPLEYLAND" we're now "CRUMPLEYLAND ALUMNI" and that's why our website is called that. Also, if you are a "CRUMPLEYLANDER" who's older brother/sister is a "CRUMPLEYLAND ALUMNI" you are a "CRUMPLEYLAND LEGACY" but sadly, none of us are "CRUMPLEYLAND LEGACIES".
            Mr.Crumpley loved Narnia and in 5th grade he read us the whole series and we all came to love Narnia too. We did alot of projects on Narnia and we even wrote our own Narnia stories that will eventually be posted. We hope that you come to love Narnia stories too!!!
            We all agree that Mr.Crumply is one are most favorite teachers ;). We are all really happy that we are "CRUMPLEYLAND ALUMNI". We hope you enjoy our blog ;)
